You want to be 96 pounds? The target weight for a healthy female your age and height is 117 pounds. Your already a pound under that. Just focus on eating healthy and healthy doesn't mean starving. In fact if you're diet is mostly lean meats complex carbs and fruits and vegetables you should be eating more. I do competitive bodybuilding and I'm going to tell you now dropping by 20 pounds isn't a joke and i wouldn't recommend it unless you're overweight or obese which your not or if either you know what your doing which I doubt at 13 you have a degree in nutrition or exercise science or if you are under the supervision of a personal trainer or dietician. You have to burn 3500 calories to get rid of one pound so you'd have to burn 75,000 calories to lose 20 pounds. Don't turn a good habit into something bad. Eating healthy and working out are good habits but overdoing can do more harm than good I've meant many people with eating disorders, body image disorders and steroid users and many people have become very sick because of this. If you do have body issues it's perfectly ok to talk to a trusted adult about it. Their are ways to have a better self image.

you're still growing.. just eat normal but eat until you are not hungry, not full. and if you can avoid junk food, thats it. dont change anything else, you don't want to put so much stress in the development stage.
You're 13 years old. You do not need to diet! Just aim to be healthier in 2 months. Cut out junk food. Eat more vegetables, fruits, & lots of water :~]
20 lbs in two months isn't very realistic I don't think. Find a good weightloss website that gives tips on setting goals

I don't know much about diets but here's a tip: do not cut junk food off all at once. That will make you more likely to binge on it later. You need to just eat less and less so you get used to it, making it much easier for you to cut of junk completely
You're 13, you don't need to diet! Just eat more fruit and veggies and don't eat junk food.
Drink water only. No juice, no milk, no soda.
