My biggest problems:
1) I want to lose weight FAST because I hate myself like this. So I'm trying to eat as liittle as possible and then, at some point, I no longer can and start to binge and eat lots of junk. I always gain back the pounds I've lost and usually some extra.
2) I'm in a terrible physical shape. I can't do for example a proper sit up, lunge, push ups, etc. I can't run or climb many stairs without losing breath. My back and knees start to hurt even after yoga... So I can basically just walk and that's kind of boring, I'd like to do something else. (Swimmng is not an option because I can't go to a public pool like this)
Any ideas how to overcome these problems?
(Unfortunately I don't have money to hire a personal trainer or nutritionist)
