Back extensions are one of the exercises that ARE holding me together! I never could do many pull-ups due to genetic geometry of my neck, and now, shoulder surgery to boot. Health & Fitness

Christmas 2025 just blew by us like a hurricane on steroids! Hopefully, we can slow down a bit in 2026, as we start the second quarter of the 21st century. Holidays
