Is it good I'm down 20lbs in less than 2 weeks?

I'm on my 13th day doing OMAD eating around 690-790 cals a day.

I workout a little but not a lot because of the low calories I'm intaking. Can't believe I'm down that much in so little time. I know most of this is water weight and it will slow but...

At this rate, I could lose 50 to 60 by August if not before then. I have a lot to lose.
Is it good I'm down 20lbs in less than 2 weeks?
