Here are 5 lessons I learned from legal showdown between Johnny Depp & Amber Heard.
1. Marriage is Unpredictable
Marriage is unpredictable because there's infinite ways for marriages to utterly fail. Also, there's uncertainty about whether the marriage will succeed. Hence, marriage is very unpredictable.

2. Divorce Trial is Volatile
Divorce trial is volatile because it's unknown how it will end. What makes divorce trial even more volatile is there are 50% chance that divorce trial will end amicably or it will end with both parties worse off. Thus, divorce trial is volatile.

3. Bonding with My Bro/Friends Provide Better Returns
I don't see the point of marriage when bonding with my bros & friends provide more pleasure with little to no risk. I don't see why I should marry a woman when hanging out with my bros & friends require minimal investment . Therefore, marriage provides inferior returns of investment in the long run.

4. Money Spent on Divorce Trial Could be Used on Hobbies
According to the online article "How Much Does a Divorce Cost on Average?", national average cost of divorce is $15,000 per person. Holding everything else constant, I'd rather use $15,000 on Play Station 5 over divorce trial. Thus, high cost of divorce is one of the reason why I view marriage as equivalent of playing Russian Roulette.

5. Abuse from Ex-Spouse is Hellish
According to the Newsweek article "#JusticeForJohnnyDepp Trends After Amber Heard Admits to Hitting Actor in Audio Clip", Amber initiated physical altercations with Johnny Depp. If Amber acts physically abusive toward Johnny Depp, then this just shows that marriage is even more dangerous.
