Johnny Depp and Amber Heard Divorce Debacle

I know no one cares...blah, blah, blah...

So...Johnny Depp and Amber Heard divorce issues. Why file for divorce three days after his mother passes away? Why go on tour in the midst of all of it?

Life goes on, everyone has priorities and obligations.

What's weird to me is that she's so adamant on being abused yet she hasn't been deposed (avoiding it and when she does come in, she refuses to answer any questions), no evidence has been filed, but the threats of evidence is always over their heads. She was hit with an iPhone, no one heard nor saw anything. She called the police, when they showed up there was a broken frame or something...no evidence on her face or blood, and she refused to give a statement to the police officers she called. o.O

And then after some time she posts a pic of her iPhone hurt face. How could that be so damn straight?

People seem to speculate that she hit him, he hit her back... She was arrested for domestic abuse before - oddly enough...although the charges were dropped... He has a drug and alcohol problem...

So who's telling the truth?

It seems odd to me... She's stopped eating and wearing makeup in hopes people will continue seeing her as the victim and to make herself as tiny and sad looking as possible, while he's out there playing shows and changing his Amber tattoo into something else... Hmmmm

She's laughing with her friend after court...

He's in Europe playing shows...

So, I guess there are three ways people can see this situation with everything that's happened so far:

A) Yeah, I mean she did refuse to depose and when she finally showed up she still refused being questioned, but sure, she's telling the truth. *skeptical look on face*

B) Domestic violence is serious - if she would lie about it she must be a psycho. Or a gold digger. So I vote for her being of sound mind and telling the truth. Johnny hit her..

C) Yeah, he has a drinking problem and sure she seems bipolar, but I sincerely doubt these abuse allegations have any real merit.

Where do you stand on this? I know you don't care...okay...but what do you think objectivelly looking at things? Put yourself in the role of a detective or a PI. What strikes you as weird here?

I'm so glad you brought this case up on here, because I'm a huge Johnny fan and I've been following this incident on the news/social media.

Out of all the witnesses, the only unbiased people are the police - who have spoken in court - and they say they found "no evidence of abuse" when they went to J&A's home. They didn't even know they were called over for abuse. Also, this just came in, but according to one of the latest articles:

It also says in an article "'she (Amber) appeared manic and irrational' and that she 'observed Amber's counsel trying to reason with her throughout the day.'"

Also this:
"Depp's lawyers also claim Heard's team never turned over documents they had requested. His team is now asking for an order prohibiting Heard from testifying when the case goes to trial or an outright dismissal of the domestic violence case."

I'm convinced that Amber Heard is OUT OF HER MIND. At first I thought she was simply evil and just wanted Johnny's money - since she asked for 50K on spousal support, but now I am honestly certain there is something WRONG with her. She has gone too far with this. She provided false evidence of a text conversation between herself and Johnny's assistant - which Johnny's assistant confirmed never took place. Johnny's bodyguards didn't see shit. Her "witnesses" are her lesbian ex and some guy friend. The police didn't see any evidence of abuse when they were called to J&A's home. She has moving & disappearing bruises. She stirred up this mess only about 2 months after they got married. She has been arrested for BEING the abuser of domestic violence in the past. She made Johnny smuggle her dogs onto their private jet - or I should say, JOHNNY's private jet. SHE is the troublemaker, not Johnny. When Johnny's team wins this case, I hope she GOES TO HELL. She's crazy.

Good answer. Yeah I heard about the refusal to depose and return documents... She's a gold digger that's off her rocker. (But, perhaps, she's a violent person and drove Johnny to strike her once (and she might've built a story around it) - she probably hit him first, though.)

Have you seen this video? It seems to me as though she royally pissed him off with something intentionally and then decided to record his reaction - obviously she's been planning this for a loong time before she filed for divorce. This video tells me more about her than about him!

I am a smart man... So I know that whenever any women cries rape or abuse or getting hit by her boyfriend or husband... You don't trust her BLINDLY...
Many women know that this crying and and all can be used against men to screw them in court even if he hasn't done anything...

And I don't understand if no one makes a big deal of a women hitting a man FIRST then why not do the same when the guy hits a girl first?

Well first off lets just say that no one should be surprised the pretend 30 year old actress amd the 50 year old actor are getting divorced, I mean it was blatantly obvious it was going to happen from day one. I highly doubt she's been abused, sorry but why would you broadcast it to the world and then NOT press criminal charges? Celebrity abuse/rape cases are so difficult to judge (from the outside) because there are so many factors that involve in this. Bias for instance is an incredibly strong one, fans always say "he/she would never do that! I can't imagine them being violent, too unlike them". But just because you adore someone or just because their life is in the spotlight doesn't mean you know what they are like in private. We don't always knows what goes on behind curtains, and actors especially in sure are incredibly good at hiding this kind of stuff.

Gold diggers - This is a difficult one because while some gold diggers are playing the victim card for their own advantage, just because they are a gold digger doesn't mean abuse or rape or whatnot didn't happen. Many will look at them in ridicule and say, she's just making it up to get more money out of the divorce. It is truly awful when you actually are a victim.

And there are also those people who actually aren't gold diggers but are perceived as such simply because their partner is famous and therefore end up with the problem I stated in the paragraph above.

And another thing, which happens in many abuse cases in general, the ex might say they never laid a finger on them. There could be many reasons to that, and alcohol and drug problems (in the new relationship) can have a big factor into it, stress can be a factor, increased fame, so and so.
There are many cases where celebrities know the fans will always stay by their side no matter what so they do awful things that they know they can get away with.

Whether this is story real or made up I honestly really don't know, but the points above are what I would consider when investigating cases like these.

most women, men, and children being abused are never witnesses being abused. on top of that most abused individuals get really good at hiding the fact that they're being abused (using makeup or dressing in such a way that it fully covers up any bruises, scratches, etc).

don't make such stupid assumptions about what is or has gone on in someone else's relationship when you weren't actually there.

your discussing reaction to the whole thing is why so few people come forward against their abusers.

So here's a thought. In a divorce if she claims domestic abuse she is entitled to a larger settlement. So she has motivation to lie, the evidence doesn't support her claim, and her refusing to give testimony is extremely damning. Add to that his. prior history he doesn't have a history of domestic violence so again, kind of damning. As for him doing concerts, Music may well be a stress reliever for him, and it may be the way he's dealing with the issues.

So until further evidence comes forth we must assume he is innocent.

I can't say I really believe anyone. Though, the fact that Vanessa Paradis told herself that she and their kids were never abused make me believe that Amber might be building a whole whole story around a kernel of truth. Maybe she was a bitch enough that he lost control and slapped her once and then she used this and made up a whole story around it.

I totally believe that things exploded between them and that both are telling the truth to some extent. Everyone can get tipped off in a heated situation - even otherwise good people. Also, she initially didn't want to press charges against him. I believe that it happened. But that doesn't mean she would have considered it something she wouldn't be able to get over.
