The first quality of a perfect husband is: Knowing nothing is perfect in life, if humans were to be perfect, we would have been made not born. :)
So I can tell you the qualities that can make a VERY GOOD husband, but I don't think perfect exists.
So first I'm going to say, it varies from women to women, people are different so I can only tell you what I think would be a VERY GOOD husband for me, and this is the way I feel I should also be to him to be a good wife.
1. Support, he needs to be there for me in any way possible, in the sense that if I need emotional support he's with me, if and when I need financial support he gives me, when I do something wrong, he's there to tell me what I did was wrong and I shouldn't do it again. And he supports my dreams, works with me to make them come true.
2. Takes care of his appearance, well he doesn't have to be the best looking guy in the world, but he needs to take care of his body, take showers, know how to dress for the different occasions.
3. Good values, I want someone who has the same values as me, doesn't steal, is law abiding, has a kind heart, treats people like he would like to be treated.

Alright, yay this will be fun. Intelligence on my level. Can make me laugh. No debt, finances all checked out, hopefully we're on the same level, unless I'm super rich and can afford to pay for him ( even then I would help him get a job though) Know that he doesn't want kids and isn't allergic to dogs, is mysterious and doesn't give himself away completely. Is a perfect gentleman, and is an intellectual, versed in the arts of literature and poetry, is not ignorant, aware of worldly matters, is an egalitarian, makes me question myself in every way possible, is aware of my privacy and respects it to the core, needs to be kind and generous but can have a cold exterior, ambition is amazing, power is key, and lastly and the most important one, he cannot be a bystander to wrongdoing. 1/ be family orientated'
2/ a good provider even in this day and age that is still paramount
3/ not to be afraid to show his feelings
4/ have a good sense of humour ,
