that is the most awesome thing i have ever seen! all those beautiful girls dancing? and their dresses are to die for! and their belts and jewelry - wow! and i was concerned about that cord that the girl in the front (wearing black and waves her scarf more than others) was dancing on and over but she never missed a beat and she's wearing platform shoes - what a dancer! but what happens after the dance? and who was the bride?

  No problem sister. If you come to East of Turkey you can see Kurdish weeding. Kurds loves weeding ceremony and halay

  i would love to visit Turkey! and see a proper Kurdish wedding ceremony - so beautiful! and that dancing? i could do that all night long! and just to tell you - i knew a teacher who taught egyptian but she was from eastern Turkey (not sure where - it was many years ago). her name was Luhbiba and she used to make me Turkish coffee every day at break time and it was so special! i loved her! what is halay?
