Mom got engaged after only a month?

They are both in late 40s. It would be a 2nd marriage for both. Both have grown up kids.
She met him about a month ago, and they are already engaged! Everything’s happening so fast. I’m not sure how to react. She asked me what are my thoughts, but I don’t know. I think they are in a rush for some weird reason. I grew up without a father, my parents divorced when I was 5. So I’m not used to see male figure in the household. And it’s been only A MONTH.

How am I supposed to feel?
I am happy that she finally found someone. I’m just scared that she will get hurt

My mom got married after 3 months! They were in their fifties. Still together after 8 years. Life is short and when you’re in their age, you won’t want to wait years.
