Should people who make over 100,000 a year, be allowed to marry?

Why not? This question really makes no sense without context. I mean how much you make is no logical reason to determine if you are "allowed" to marry. You could make one dollar or one billion dollars a year and still this question would make no sense. But to get to the point, yes they should be allowed.
