I don’t really care about a women’s “purity” but I am concerned about the link between divorce rate and pre marital sex. I’ve heard that when abstaining from sex before marriage divorce is decreased. I’m an 18M and so far I plan on abstinence before marriage but how realistic is that?

Do most girls 1. expect sex from boyfriend before marriage and 2. Will most likely have had multiple sexual partners?

i am 33 raised traditional and stuck with it, just waiting for the right person. right away people think its a red flag or something wrong, when its a choice just like having sex is. as a virgin i never expect to meet one, i would even be with someone who has a kid as long as they know what loyalty means. these days its hard to find some who has never had any sexual contact with another. you are born with choices, i dont judge anyone for theirs and am tired of being judged on my choice to wait. if you get to like or love the person it really shouldn't matter in the end.

It will be harder to find a virgin girl, statistically the odds are lower. It’s not impossible but is less likely, especially if you have any other preferences too. I know that isn't what you meant though so assuming someone is waiting for marriage I personally don't think it would be too difficult. I respect your religious beliefs, but the reality is that without experience with the opposite sex, guys are running a big chance of marrying a wrong kind of woman, and that will translate into a weak or malfunctioning family where both partners struggle.
For women, it is a different story, because if she is expecting to find a decent man and give birth to their children, she should stay a virgin. Do you know that my grandmother was a very religious person and she taught me and my brothers to pray, and every day we prayed together. Until this day I remember those prayers and can repeat word to word, decades after she passed. One of my brothers turned out to be very religious, others not.
The point I am trying to make here, that it is really impossible to prove or disprove the existence of God, all because you supposedly meet him only after your death and there is no way to share your experiences with others after that.
Everyone's religious beliefs are his own and his/hers alone. As long as religion promotes good and strong family unit I will always support it.
While I am a non-believer, I have to admit that believing in God is beneficial for individual, as it is always a good thing to have "someone" to support you in times when there is nobody else around.
