It's really up to them to decide.
They might prefer to keep the lesbian label, or maybe they'd like to fall under "queer".
Within the LGBTQ community, most prefer to claim labels for themselves. Everyone's so different and specific that it just makes it easier.

If one of them was non binary they wouldn’t be two woman it would be 1 to woman and 1 non binary person marrying - it wouldn’t be a WLW relationship since non binary people do not fit into the gender binary - women, male. It would most likely be a pansexual relationship which is a relationship between people that are able to be attracted to all genders. People would probably just refer to it as a queer relationship
Why are so many people taking offense? I don't see judgement in this question. I see curiousity to something legitimately confusing. If anything, he's trying to learn more about your community
That's all up to them really. And there is terms already that don't conflict and are generic like just saying couple, or partner.

Can’t we all be what we are without all the labeling. I’m female born so.
Not sure. I never really understood non-binary. Like as an asexual I'm part of the LGBTQ myself and I'm married to my loving husband, I dont get how it works with an asexual man and a straight woman.
