Is it OK to skip an event during a bachelorette weekend?

My friend is having a bachelorette weekend in a few months. About 20 people have been invited, but invitations haven't been sent yet so I'm not sure how many people will attend. One of the events on the itinerary is a spa trip. Assuming over half of the people come we would have to rent out half of the spa for everyone to fit. Would it be rude if I skipped out on the spa part of the weekend? The cost is going to be a bit high for me considering everything else we will be doing. I don't enjoy spas anyway, so I would just be throwing away around $200 to be uncomfortable the whole time.

it's okay. please don't do anything you're uncomfortable doing. if i were you, i'd definitely speak up about this. they'll understand. it's not like you're skipping out on the whole entire weekend, right? and even if you were, that's also okay. these parties aren't that big of a deal anyways, they're kinda useless, at least in my opinion.
