I never been married or had kids and my friends say I will never since I am 34 because women think there might be something wrong with me and avoid me. Do you women desire a man who has been married and haves a kid or more a man who has not been married and no kids?

Depends on the man. Does anyone have control over attraction? Bit impossible.
This comes down to how the man actually is. Obviously being divorced means either he was in the wrong or best case, he couldn't manage a difficult woman. On top of that, he has a child. The child isn't that big of a deal especially if you want children after marriage straight away. This is just another child to the ones you will have. However, the arrangement with the ex-wife/mom will have to be considered. How involved is she? Will you have a marriage of 2 or will she be a third always chiming in on every decision you will make regarding her child?
An unmarried bachelor would be the cleaner and easier approach. A blank slate where you two can create something beautiful together. However, the other man could work if he has something extra to offer and the downsides aren't that serious. All the best! :)
