Why nuclear family is the most common in the westren cultures? Is that part of something bigger?

Psychotherapy is based around trying to straighten out what was done to people by their family and trying to stop doing equally horrible thing to their own family.

The nuclear family works as frame work for a successful society. No fault divorce and the welfare system have made it so the benefits of the nuclear family aren’t noticed. No one wants to fight to make their marriage work they can just divorce and start over. Since women “don’t need no man”, they leave there moment things get tougher. Usually they will have no problem finding another man. Men on the other hand aren’t as lucky. Many women think a divorced man must have some type of problem. Divorce used to be a really bad thing. Only happened with infidelity or abuse. Now it’s 50% divorce rate 90% of which filed by women for whatever reason they feel or for no reason at all. Which then they get half of the man’s stuff. Usually will get custody of children and then usually will get the house since she has the children. That’s a very high risk for a 50-50 bet for men. Then more children grow up without a father in the home. So they will lack the discipline needed that a father would provide. With every kid a woman has without a father present, they can receive more government benefits. That’s on top of the child support the dad will be paying as well. So that’s more incentive not to marry. And without a kid in the picture and the divorce rate so high, that makes it more logical for a man to not want to or prioritize marriage. All because everyday of marriage isn’t puppies and rainbows and the government makes it beneficial to people that just throw in the towel. There is nothing showing family as an actual positive even though it was and is so important for the entire U. S. to grow and prosper we need to get back to that realization. Families image are the key to success.

The nuclear family about stability. A stable home with both parents provides children with the best opportunity for development. This means they're more likely to grow up to be productive members of society, which in turn keeps the economy going and keeps the country stable.

The only cultures moving away from Family are the western ones. A Biblical interpretation as well as Intelligent physical Design leads one to M/F monogamy. Jews and Muslims are same.
