No. I thought about hyphenating but saw no real point. My child has the same last name as my husband and I showed how committed i am to him and our marriage and family long term by taking his last name. That appreciate him, that im willing to sacrifice for him, that I love him and belong to him.
Proudly everyone know I'm Mrs and other guys know I'm married and uninterested in straying.
I kept my name even tho my plan was to take his name. The paperwork was too much to deal with and I didn't wanna lose my identity
When (or more like IF at this point) I get married, I'd like to take his name. I don't want our marriage to be two separate people living together who happen to like each other and have sex - I want to share everything with him, including my name.
This also includes finances, address, and virtually everything else I can think of.
I draw the line at clothes (at least, my clothes) :)
My mom has her maiden last name and my dads last name. So it’s hyphened. Considering my last name is only 3 letters I will do the same thing like my mom did.
I wanna keep my last name as a middle name and then take his last name. Or have two last names just that his is the last one
I'll change my last name, but I'll likely still go by my maiden name professionally if switching my name becomes difficult.
Nope. Like my singleness, my maiden name will vanish. I’ll still be me, but my husband and I will be one. Therefore, I will have no problem taking his name. 😃
na would be dying to change it, hate my last name. i'd only keep it if the guy's last name is worse than mine
Yes 🤗
I’ll have it hyphenated. Otherwise my poor granddad won’t have any of us with his name.
In my country women keep their last names, my ex fiancé wanted to take on my last name, which I found weird because he had a royal last name.
If I was to ever get married I would not keep my last name.
No. I'll gladly replace my last name with my future husband's. 😀
