So my cousin who I am very close to got married last year. I have been living abroad for 2 years and now I am back in my home country in Europe. My country is quite a rich country with good opportunities. Anyway my cousin who is 44 met a man online whos 42 from Iran 3 years ago. He lived in Iran and after chatting for 3 weeks she decided that she wanted to marry him. She had friends who work in a voluntary organisation so she was able to get him into the country 7 months after meeting him on a volunteer visa and then they got married after a year. I have only met him once and he was complaining how bad Iran was and now he has brought his cousin over to my country and he mentioned that he wants to bring his niece whos 18 over too. I feel like he is using her for a better life and to get his family a better life. What do you think?

It's hard to say for certain without knowing more about the situation and the individuals involved, but it's important to approach the situation with empathy and caution.
It's possible that your cousin's husband is genuinely in love with her and wants to build a life together, but it's also possible that he is using her for his own personal gain. It's important to consider any red flags or warning signs that may indicate that he is not acting in her best interests.
Some things to consider might include:
- Is he overly focused on financial or material gain?
- Does he seem to have little interest in your cousin's emotional or personal needs?
- Does he seem to be isolating her from her friends or family?
- Does he exhibit controlling or manipulative behavior?
If you have concerns about your cousin's well-being or safety, it may be helpful to talk to her directly and express your concerns in a non-judgmental and supportive way. You might also consider encouraging her to seek out the support of a therapist or counselor who can help her navigate the complexities of her relationship and make informed decisions about her future.
Seems like it doesn't it but if the country is bad can you blame him for wanting to get them out as well, if their relationship is healthy and they are happy, is he really using her just for that? I'm sure he's helping as well right? With money and stuff
