Im married now.

It was intimidating for me as I had a lot of fear in life. I didn't know how to be a partner, resolve differences. although I had good parents, I was poorly conditioned.

So no blame on women there.

Marriage is a good idea for life partner to enjoy life, make kids.

If one wants to stay single to serve God, live some specific purpose... like studying chimps in the jungle, so be it. It can be hard to find a mate so many get frustrated and give up. No doubt, it's not easy. It's not easy even for people whom are moderately attractive. One takes a lot of rejection just dating, then finding a partner, there's things to work through to be a solid couple.

That said... it shouldn't really be that hard. our society has made it a mess. I suspect, that was intentional to weaken the country. You have to rise above the mess and succeed in spite of the garbage society you live in.

Option 3 feels like the closest to me.

I don't feel like it's necessary to get that stamp and marital status change. A man and a woman can live and serve each other a lifetime just like a husband and wife do without having to introduce legal complications. A wedding ceremony can be replicated for probably less than half of it's usual cost and treat it as such. No greedy corporations and legal workers sucking away most of our money for a piece of paper.

Especially with high divorce rates, that punishes the one with the penis. This potential risk shoo's me off since I am the one born with a penis.

I'd love to have someone to spend my life with and the lack of high value I agree with. It has nothing to do with her having too much sex, but her having too much entitlement. You bring nothing to the table to the point that you can't even articulate something you bring to the table (heads up ladies, answering with "all this" is nonresponsive"), but you want to be treated like some royalty that never has to lift a finger.

You're not the prize. I'm not the prize. Nobody is the prize. At best you're a partner, and that doesn't mean everything is 50/50 or we do the same stuff, but it does mean that you have to actively contribute in some fashion as well.

Just depends on the individuals involved. Some people are more marriage oriented than others. I know married people who are miserable and I know married people who would have it no other way. One friend of mine has been married for over 25 years and is just as happy with marriage as the day he was married. Others, not so much. Personally, I've never been married.

Men are disproportionately more at risk in marriages because of no fault divorce and women filing the bulk of divorces and being awarded most of the alimony, division of assets and child custody. The institution of marriage is gradually declining with men either checking out, opting for non-traditional relationships which do not bring in the state in their lives or moving abroad to start families.

My option not on there so imma just drop one in America rn it’s very hard to find someone who is wife material yes I would like a kid and get married but I will need a prenup and many women just won’t go for that since if the marriage goes wrong and we divorce they can’t gain anything

Marriage isn't for the men, it's for the woman and the family. It's just a ceremonial thing to formalise a relationship - it doesn't really change anything. Not unless the girl is religious. So I have no issues with doing it if I like the girl.
