Lack of compatibility, understanding, support, acceptance. Loyalty issues, financial stability issues etc.

There are lots of reasons and it is difficult and how and why marriages fail.

People don't choose partners wisely or don't put in any effort into the marriage or both.

There's probably a lot behind the scenes - settled for less, friends or in-laws causing conflicts, - everyday life having its ups and downs - and so much more. And always thinking deep down: are they cheating :P
