Why is this very attractive 30-year-old female partner in a law firm earning $200,000 annually still single and who can she (or who will she) marry?

Jordan Peterson said, “I've worked very intensely with a large population of female lawyers, usually partners at large law firms very successful women, usually very attractive, very intelligent, and extraordinarily conscientious. The sort of people who were outstanding in high school and then outstanding as undergraduates and then aced law school and then did their articulating perfectly and then became associates and then eventually entered the partner stream in the large law firm and then became partners.

“A huge proportion of them wake up somewhere between 28 and 32 and notice their 65-hour days and the incredibly competitive environment they happen to be in. I mean they're going to make a lot of money but the demands on their time of their career are only going to accelerate as they move forward and decide quite rapidly that that's maybe not what they want.

“The reason for that is they also would like to have a life they'd like to have a relationship that they could attend to and they'd like to have children and the truth of the simple truth of the matter is that it's very difficult to have a truly high-end career and have an important relationship and have children.”

Her ideal husband will earn her income or greater (7% of men) and also must be attractive. Moreover, most are already married. Therefore, her pool of acceptable partners is less than 4%. However, the men she wants don't care about her law partnership or income. She is very attractive but she is not as beautiful as she was at ages 18 to 22 and she is competing with beautiful young women; the women the men she wants would choose over her.

Therefore, she has two choices and neither are good. She can marry a much older or lower income man that she is not attracted to or else she can remain single.

MY ADVICE TO YOUNG WOMEN: IF YOU WANT MARRIAGE AND CHILDREN, MARRY WHILE YOU ARE YOUNG. DON'T WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE 30 AND HAVE ESTABLISHED A CAREER.

Data from the 2014 book Dataclysm found that men of every age are mostly attracted to women in their early 20s. While men consistently found that women in their early 20s were the most attractive, women were more likely to find men that were closer in age to themselves the most attractive.

Unlike women, men don't value income. The 30-year-old lawyer is attractive but eleven men out of ten would choose this much younger woman. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/wZ4-pHMRv4A
