The only part of marriage that seems attractive to me is the tax incentives and easier access to social services. So... I guess increasing the money I could save from being married and guaranteed protection from losing half of my assets in a divorce?

Otherwise, why not just live together and be exclusive for as long as it feels right? It's the same thing, just without the extra, unnecessary steps.

Well marriage is a human made concept and you don't necessarily need to be married to love someone.

But I do feel sorry for people who don't even want a relationship and don't want to love or be loved because they're afraid of getting hurt.

Would have to really meet someone great, someone I could trust, feel safe with. And someone where we both felt like this was the end game.

A lot better laws on the books for divorce and men... but that will never happen. the court system is rigged against a guy, and it makes the other side rich, they're not incentivized to make it fair. They're not going to write laws like where if she gets pregnant, she does a DNA test... or before the guy signs the birth certificate, he knows if he's not the father.

I think I would also have to be confident that she:

Would sign a fair prenup (as I would sign one).

I'd also have to trust her. I have had "girl friends" ditch me completely when a boyfriend came along. I've had women, even family members, use those times when I have been vulnerable against me - things I tell them in private.

She's not a constant source of stress and drama, and she's not going to always be seeking that. or constantly seek validation from a lot of other men. She's not constantly joking (bragging) how crazy she is.

That she's honest. That she apologizes when she's wrong.

I'd have to feel loved and respected at least a majority of the time. And so far, there haven't been many women (both in and out of the church culture) that I've trusted to even date, let alone marry.

Well, many of us have been badly burned by marriages. For men especially, the risks and hazards have risen sharply, and the rewards and benefits have utterly plummeted. When something rewards less and pays off less, you get less of it.

Moreover, past the Age Of Baby Making, what is the point, really?

(Unless of course, you are looking to marry someone in another country and move there, or bring in someone from another country to you).

Change the marriage and divorce laws so that they aren't bias against men and in favor of women. Otherwise I'd rather remain single. Why seek marriage when marriage is nothing but a prison and detrimental to men

Nothing. There is zero benefits in a marriage in my opinion. This isn't the 1800's where both gained certain benefits. Now it's nothing more than a legal agreement that traps you.
