Do you think 26 is too young to be married?

Me and my husband have been together 5 years and been married since July. I'm 26 and he's 31.

We're very happy together and are very much in love. He's my best friend and I adore him. He works extremely hard for us and I'm so fucking proud of him. He's starting his new job on Monday as a head gardener something he's been wanting from the beginning and been working his arse off for. He was commuting a hour an a half to work every day for a year to work on big country estate in the cotswolds owned by a very wealthy well known family as to what really helped him get this new. At one point he was running a business and working nights at a supermarket just to get a mortgage with me.

He's constantly working and doesn't take a day off even if I try to get him too. I appreciate him so much for this but sometimes I wish he'd enjoy life a little and live in the moment. My grandad was the exact same and a month before his retirement were he planned to travel with all his savings he slipped and hit his head in the shower and died. I don't want something similar to happen to my husband.

Whenever I tell people I'm married they say "fuck that... married at 26?" . I met my husband when I was 21 and he was 26 and a lot of people have a lot to say about that too especially as later on we both found out he worked at my school for abit whilst I was there 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 something we joke about now.

We were each others firsts in every sense and both really struggled with dating before. Ever since I've been with my husband the male attention towards me has gone crazy compared to when I was a single virgin.

I'm a very beautiful woman without sounding up my own arse and a lot of people have told me I could have done so much better with my life if I wasn't married and I'm making a mistake.

It upsets me when people say this as I think my husband is the most amazing man and anyone who knows him would say the same too.

He's a inspiration to young men.

think people have lost sight of what's important these days they are so focused on vanity and money instead of ture love and happiness and having a reason to go to work and work hard. My husband is a truly amazing man and whenever he leave a work place or I go to his work everyone tells me how wonderful he is and it makes me so proud. He's also a career for 4 people in his family and is always there for people who need help. Him and his family even run a charity for the learning disabled

Someone at work said to me today 26 and married what a waste. I know he was just messing but it did upset me abit. I love my husband, he's my best friend and I can't imagine life without him. Before I met him no one decent wanted me anyway. He's the best thing to ever come into my life and makes me so happy in my heart. People especially my generation are being so superficial and don't care for ture love and commitment. Its really disheartening hearing how others view relationships these days.
