That would be the beginning of the end of healthy relationships if you start imposing and make it a law on how people have to behave in their 4 walls.

Why would you even want to make it a law? Have you good arguments about your project? Is it not enough if the government tells us how to live outside of our home? Do you really need people coming to check on you to see if you abide by the laws?

What about people that snore so loud at night that the partner cannot close an eye? What about those that are no longer being intimate? What about all those that prefer to have a cool bed rather than having someone stealing their blanket?

no... freedom is a personal right... I know people who can't sleep together... so they sleep in separate rooms or have beds big enough not to disturb each other's sleep... on top of personal preferences, there are also medical reasons...

so I would let people decide where and how they want to sleep...

personally, I like to feel my man during the night... especially, that I work full time, so I really appreciate time I have unlimited and undisturbed access to him :D

My wife says she can't sleep with my snoring. We've been sleeping in separate rooms for the past 5 years. I know a few other couples who do the same thing. In one case, the wife snores and tosses and turns too much for the husband to sleep.

What's most import is that each partner gets a good rest.

It's must for me. I like to be cuddled as the little spoon. We had a fight a few months ago and I was so mad at him I told him to sleep downstairs in the spare room. I got lonely and crept in beside him for my cuddles, we had lazy morning sex and my silent treatment of him continued.

After sex sometimes it's good to have some space if you need to catch up on sleep or have conflicting schedules in the morning. Plus it's exciting if you crawl back into bed with them for more sex.

I don’t know what the issue is here. I sleep in the same bed with my wife every night, but it’s not mandatory.
