How do people share a bed all the time when they’re married?

My wife and I sleep in the same king size bed. She initially chose the left side so I sleep on the right side.

We often cuddle before we go to sleep. But once we settle down for sleep, there is plenty of room so that we don't bump each other. There's enough room so that we can both use the covers the way we prefer. She uses more blankets that I do.

I feel really content knowing that she is sleeping next to me. And my being next to her makes her feel secure.

They don't always

I know couples that have separate beds (sometimes they share a bed though), same bed but don't cuddle or anything because of getting too hot and sweating, because of snoring (can be either girl or guy actually this is probably the most common reason) and the list goes on.

Your pretty young I wouldn't worry about it too much at this point in time.

I used to sleep in the same bed as my sister when I was a child it's very annoying but we can still manage to sleep (even if badly)

I have met one happy couple who sleeps in separate beds.
It was actually not that uncommon several decades ago.

They don't spend all night cuddling. Those beds are large enough for two people to have enough space that they're also not uncomfortably pressed up against each other.

It's a strange experience at first, yes. But they adjust. I mean, they're going to be taking their clothes off and having sex with each other. It doesn't get more weird than THAT. Why should sleeping next to each other be any weirder (is that actually even a word... don't know, don't care)?

Snoring can be a problem, and moving in sleep, sleeping in two bed is an option.

Yes, it's pretty unpleasant sleeping with another person; you have to put up with their snoring, movements, and gas.
