- Some people are concerned by falling marriage rates and want them to increase again.
- Some people are against gay/lesbian marriage and want it to be outlawed again.
If these 2 issues were a venn diagram, how big would be the section that overlaps? And if you are in that overlapping section, how do you hold both beliefs at the same time? Don't they work against each other?

I am against marriage. In the modern Western context, marriage is a system of legalized prostitution whereby a man bribes a woman with food/drink, housing, emotional security, job stability, transportation service, an expensive ring, and a lavish wedding.
What about gay and lesbian marriage, do those have the same faults as you see in marriage between a man and woman?
This comes in exchange for allowing him to have regular sex and know who his children are through long-term institutionalized monogamy.
Do these same faults also apply to lesbian and gay marriage, where there is not a man and woman?
