Am I a bad wife?

So my husband is going for International annual thing that his office does

We recently got married about 2 months back, and I resigned from my work so that I could relocate and stay with him. I have been trying to find job there for quite a while, but no luck. Day and day out, I have been applying for Jobs, but I am not receiving any response.

And now he goes for dinner with his office colleagues, or the International annual thing I feel jealous

I know it’s not his fault. It was my decision about relocating, but I don’t know what to do. How to feel

I do not express it to him because I do not want him to feel guilty of these opportunities or the events that are happening because he deserves at the end of the day.

And it’s not that he’s not able to give me time because of these events he is

Its a new relationship and a new step in life, it's been two months, you are still adjusting to this, I would imagine you are jealous cause you feel left out right? If so just plan something with him occasionally at times so y'all have more time for each other as well, then you'll start to adjust more on his work time and wifey time

After work he's all yours, you gotta adjust to that, at least until you find a job on your own.

i mean, you could talk to him about it, but i don't see why it should be an issue other than you are lonely or jealous. which both aren't good in a relationship. i'd suggest letting him go have fun and find a hobby to take up, do your own thing. it's okay to be independent while still in a relationship. your world should not revolve around him. he is just an addition to your life. not your whole life. so focus on yourself while he's doing his work thing.

You need to get a handle on those feelings because they will destroy you from the inside, and may destroy your marriage. Counseling might be warranted.

First of all... if he's going to a dinner he should bring you... You've relocated and done all this shit for him... he shouldn't be going out like he's a free agent. "Business Dinner" does typically include spouses.

You can't just say "it's not his fault" and sweep it under the carpet. You need to speak with him about the fact that you RELOCATED for him, have NO friends or prospects and would appreciate if he could at least show you the respect of spending quality time with you rather than letting you be isolated this way.

ALSO on your part, there IS internet... join a club or take a class or do something of interest to you so you can at least start making friends and don't end up being the nagging/needy wife. Shake things up and get him wondering wtf you're doing with your time.
