How can I not feel jealous over my husband?

So he has a co worker who's married and I had dreams of them having an affair together. And now every time they are together I get angrily jealous.

Has he given you reasons to feel insecure? Flirting with other women? Touchy-feely with them? Confiding in them instead of you (unless it's for a surprise for you, of course)?

Not at all. I just don't trust other woman.

you imagined a scenario based upon intuition? Did you create it from yoru own fears or observations and knowing women?

I'd have your husband keep distance from that woman and he should comply. Valid or not... what's the goal of relationship... to protect the emotional relationship, provide security.
