Unless you live in an area of the world where polygamy is officially allowed, I don't think that you can marry a person that is already married. You would have to wait for a divorce to be pronounced and then marry that person but...

But, there is always a reason to be suspicious as to why that person is divorced in the first place. It always takes two to divorce and the fault is never just one one of the partner. Both share a part of that fault.

Thus, if a person is divorced, you better find out the reasons behind it before wanting to marry that person. Sexual "incompatibility" is never a reason for a divorce. Never!
