For those who were married and divorced, would you remarry again?

Just because you marry again doesn't mean "going through that again." You would be marrying someone different. Most people, for a second marriage, develop a preference for a different type of person than the one they had the first time. It doesn't have to be the same thing all over again, unless you make it that way! If someone attractive and nice should come along, why not give them a chance? You don't have to marry them in two minutes! Take all the time you need. But don't write someone off just because you had a bad marriage experience the first time! I'm an optimist. There's always a chance for improvement!

I think it depends on the person.

Some people would remarry if they truly healed and met someone who treats them better.

Others prefer not to repeat the experience and choose peace instead.

After 25 years I did remarry. At 75 years of age I look back on all the opportunities that my wife and I have been offered to hook up outside our relationship, and think what if. Yea, but if I had, I might have destroyed what I now have. Better not to change things that are good.

I'm not gonna rule out a second marriage. But at the moment, I'm having a great time being single and I'm not really in the mood to be responsible for another adult human again. Plus, frankly, if I haven't met "the one" yet, maybe that's just a Hollywood fairytale which doesn't exist in the real world.

I don't know.. I might.. I was thinking I wouldn't because what happened with my ex and is still happening but I wouldn't mind getting married to the right guy since I never really had a wedding the first time.

Sounds like it would be hell and expensive. Potentially some may just become lifelong bachelor/bachelorette's after that or they may find another partner yet just never tie the knot for a wedding again lol
