Are you asking if people don’t get married because they don’t want one to benefit off the other? I mean one of the perks of marriage and serous relationships is being a team, you benefit from each other whether it’s financially or emotionally. Two incomes are usually better than one.

People don't marry because there is no value in it anymore.

Men aren't asking anymore because modern women are a horrible investment.

Marriages are meant to be a support structure for both. Both contributing to the welfare of the other.

Where are all the good men at? Getting as far away from modern women as possible!

Possibly, but people don’t marry for a lot of reasons; sometimes it’s just because one is not committed to the other.

That could be a reason. I would want to be with someone just because it benefits me, and I would want to be with someone who doesn't care for me.
