The only arranged marriages in the West are between people who moved here from anther culture.
If arranage marriage is not common in west than how you guys find partners?
We engage in dating. We meet women in school, at work, in church, family and friends' acquaintances, and online dating. And we select our own partner when we think we have found the right one,
If I find a woman can I ask her for date if I find her attractive?

Neither one is very common to be quite honest.😆
How?
F*** no the west isn't into arranged marriage. They like their choices. But most of them are very shallow, opportunistic, and toxic. What part of that suggests that they would remotely make a good decision that they viewed as, "love". You cannot find love if you do not really even understand what love is. And most westerners don't.
