Would you marry someone who is an overspender and can't drop the habit?

You're madly in love with him or her and you think he or she is the right person except this terrible habit. He or she has a very hard time having money left at the end of the month, likes to live comfortably buying everything they need. The issue is... this is the way they're raised and have been living this way for almost 40 years and they don't think they're big spenders. They blame it on the economy on the fact things are too expensive nowadays. They are 40 years old and barely have a savings for this reason

If I’m addicted ti her than that’s a red flag on me cause it just means I’m going to let her do whatever she wants, possibly even run all over me cause I won’t have the ball to say no more. Never. That's like carrying expensive champagne in a bucket that has holes in it. (No pun intended) A former coworker, who was a cheapskate like me, married a woman who was hiding the fact that she was a spendaholic. The marriage didn't last long.

Right now, there isn't much extra money to spend, but that's an intentional choice. If I have the woman I love and no issues with habitat or food, I'm doing better than most people and already have what I want most.

Lmao. There isn't any wealth right now to spend. I live within my own means. If I need more money, I can earn it. I have no need for it currently, and it is counterproductive to accomplishing my ultimate goal.
