With Father's Day coming up, I thought I'd share the great bargains I've found that your dad might enjoy. These nifty little things make a great addition to a present, or if your dad is chill and insists on not getting him anything... a small gift can't hurt right?
1. A Stubby Holder
A classic. And probably the most overused Fathers Day present idea ever, but if your dad likes beer and he doesn't have a tacky one that says 'best father in the world', why not? Besides there are some pretty funny and unique ones out there, check out this personalized one I found on eBay for around $10. If eBay isn't an option, check your local store, and if worst comes to worst, buy a plain one and decorate that yourself!
2. A Portable Bluetooth Speaker
My dad loves his music, but complains about never listening to it enough. I'm planning on getting him this waterproof $6 speaker from eBay, but most tech/department stores sell these kind of things.
3. Movie Poster
Get him his favourite movie poster to put up in his bedroom, shed, garage or man cave! My dad loves Back to the Future as he's from that generation. I found a poster on eBay, but check your local stores for some other movie posters, or have a look around on eBay too.
However there's a huge range, feel free to have a look for more!
4. Toasted Sandwich Maker
So, this one might go a little over $10, but I've previously bought this for my dad and this was a hit! He brings it to work almost every day in the Winter and he loves it. Again, check local department stores etc for a cheap toasted sandwich maker.
Here's a $20 one I found on Amazon! https://www.amazon.com/Cuisinart-Dual-Sandwich-Nonstick-Electric-Grill/dp/B00006F2MD
5. Helping him with Technology
This might not apply to everyone, but my dad is completely hopeless when it comes to technology, and he hates being left behind. I'm planning to sit him down and patiently help him learn how to make use of all the cool features on his phone etc. This might be a good idea for your dad too!
If all else fails, you can always make those 'clean the bathroom', 'do the dishes' or 'cook 1 meal' vouchers, who knows, he might even appreciate those the most! Even a 6 pack of boutique beers (if he's a drinker) is an idea. Good luck and I hope everyone has a lovely Father's Day! <3
