The reason why everyone at one point hate Valentines day...

At one point of another everyone one has/will hate Valentine's day. So if you are sitting at home alone thinking to yourself "No one gets it!" I promise you people do... they just forget.

Weather it was because you are single. get went threw a break up or you had a bad experience... everyone hates it to a point. We all think that Valentine's day is so specail before it come then on the day we eat chocolate and cry or feel bad that we are all alone.

My advice to you is know people are there for you. Talk to a friend who is also single. Or make plans. The best thing to do is treat it like anti couple day... usless you are in a happy healthy relationship. If thats the case its great. Either way you don't need someone else to make your day. Make your own.

If the person I'm dating doesn't give me any gifts in return because "it's not their job" and/or has their love based on what I give them. They have some issues that need to be worked out and I'm going to leave. I can understand not having money or being depressed about the whole day or something like that, but not just because she's a girl.

My favorite Grand Pa died on Valentine's day 1996 , and for the following 4 years I would not celebrate it with my wife. Fortunately for me she was very understanding of my dislike for the day
