Are LUSH products overrated?

Yes I used to be obsessed with lush products now I refuse to shop in their the prices are ridiculous considering they make it on a huge scale!!
I find small businesses on Facebook are so much better and nicer your helping local businesses their so much cheaper the ingredients are natural and simple so no harsh chemicals, and they want your custom so will often hold compatitions etc. A lot of the products actually look very similar if not better quality than lush

Yes I think they’re overpriced but they do momentarily make your skin feel soft and the bath bombs are beautiful with lovely scents.
