What would you put in a self care / cheer up box for a friend?

Depends on how much money there's to spend... Ideas:

- Snacks in bottles as if they were medicines to get better
- Hygiene kit for relax (specially if it's a girl): bath salts bomb, candles, tea, facial mask, a nice nail polish...
- Stress plush to squeeze or cute plush to hug.
- Nap kit: a cute pillow, a funny sleep mask and maybe foam plugs.
- To laugh, a book of strip comics of an artist she might find funny. From something like Sarah Anderson to something like Dikie... it depends on how cute or dark is her sense of humor.
- A cool letter with your best wishes and more sincere thoughts.
- A cassette recorder and reproductor, and one or two cassette tapes, one with songs and one with some messages recorded by you and friends. Or maybe one in a side an one in the other.
- Scrapbook or handmade album with photos of you and your friend, remembering very special moments for you two
- A cute pendrive with a funny shape with a special video made for her. If you have videos of you two (specially if you are family or have been raised together since kindergarten and have any childhood funny/cute videos) you can make something with that material.
- TV/movie pack: baggy cool t-shirt of a show/movie they like, popcorns, favourite or favourite movies (pendrive, DVD or whatever) or one of those HBO, Amazon Prime or Netflix gift cards so they have access to watch some movies and series. We can add a drink, a soda or another think the person likes more. Also can add snacks or even a cute big plastic bowl matching a big plastic glass for the drink and the popcorn. Oh maybe a 3D cardboard glasses. If you want to get crazy you can make a cardboard or whatever material film reel, and in the film frames you can put text, mini-photos...
- Silly pink crystal glasses, to see life nicer. It's dumb but feels funny.
- Tickets for something to do together (concert, movies, theater, sports event, spa, trip...) In each case you can include a mini kit related to the event. If you are going to a concert a t-shirt of a group, a CD or accesories to our for the event. If it's movies the TV/movies kit above. If it's theater maybe something related to the play you are going to see. If it's a sport, a t-shirt of the team, or scarf, or flag, or facial makeup for the event. If it's a trip things she's going to need, a kind of adventure kit or so...

Her favourite snacks especially sweets if she has a sweet tooth. A happy playlist. And yes a movie is a good idea as well👌. I'd print out a couple photos of us that we took over the years just to remind her of the good times. And I'd try to get her something she liked as a child. It could be anything.

Is this for a guy or girl? And then also how close are you to that person? Beyond the PG items like movies and snacks since it’s a “self care” box and you want them to cheer up maybe you include a sex toy if it’s a girl or porn for a guy.
