They are free if you are in Afghanistan. The USA probably left thousands of them. And with night vision.

  If you want a total set up yes. They also have those little single ones that are like a pain that you put in your pocket or something like that but if you want it like a spy cam you have to get like a complete setup and have places to put it and SD card and a whole bunch of other stuff

  My god man. Your criteria are nebulous and you're laze to boot. You can get a world class gopro 9 for $400 and they're like 2.75 x 1.9 x 1.6 inches and you can get a 1" x 1" x 1" STS 1080P HD Mini Waterproof Camera for $60.
