My mother’s birthday is tomorrow and her present hasn’t arrived from the company?

What do I do? I ordered the handmade gift from a company a week ago to give me plenty of time to get her present in time, but the company hasn’t even shipped it off yet. I’ve contacted their customer service several times and they haven’t replied. What do I do? Her birthday 2 days away

Tell her it has been ordered, but it wasn't here in time, so give her a picture of it.
So think about this, next time order something like that or anything for a special occasion way earlier than a week ahead of time.
Especially now with supply chain issues, shipping issues, plus for handmade items you need to give the person time to make it.
You may not be their only customer.
Lesson learned, order early, or call them to see how long it will take and add on at least a week, unless it is a food item.
Nothing wrong with it coming early and you hanging on to it.
Get her a nice card, some flowers, or if she likes gardening something she can plant.
She will understand.

Maybe a nice dinner w a movie. Or cook for her at home, rent a movie. I’m sure she will understand. Our mothers have dealt w worse things in their life than not getting a gift, she will understand trust me. My gifts aren’t arriving till 3 days after. Make her a card from the heart.

Buy her something else and tell her that it's just the appetizer, the real gift is still on its way because they are taking their sugary sweet time with it
