What do I do if a neighbor stole my package and he isn’t trying to give it back?

Like it delivered to his door by mistake and now he isn’t trying to give it back. He says the package that came was his and I know that isn’t true. I called the cops and an officer is on the way. This is really annoying me as this was a gift for my mother.

He gave me the package and finally stopped lying! The cops really helped!

Man I've been on the other side of it. I've had things delivered to me who were my neighbors. For some reason they can't read numbers lol.. I ALWAYS make sure they get their packages and mail, because I do not want them to suffer what you're suffering. And they do the same for me.

Glad you called the authorities. Glad he did the right thing. by the way tampering with the mail is a felony, He could have gone to prison for that.

You call the police. If you have proof he did, the police can do something.

In UK, the onus is on the supplier to make sure your order is delivered to YOU. It may be the same where you are.
