Are you going to buy a electric car or truck?

Eventually. I'm never buying an oil/gas car though, smells nasty, pollutes, is way overpriced, and I don't need a car to get anywhere atm.
I didn't because there's no convenient place for me to charge one.

I won't be buying one until the technology dramatically improves, and the infrastructure is in place to support it.
There is a severe shortage of vehicle charging stations in my area, and if I were to take my vehicle on a trip, I would not want to sit at a station for 20-40 minutes, waiting for my car to charge. I'd much rather spend 3 minutes filling up my tank.
I agree that we need to move away from fossil fuels, but the current technology just isn't there, yet. The battery packs are not made from renewable resources, either, and are incredibly expensive to replace, should the need arise.
I was sort of looking forward to having an electric vehicle. There are too many reasons why I won't own one anytime soon. They are expensive, have a limited range, take a lot of resources to make, do not help create American jobs and when the batteries die in a few years they are 30K to replace.
I think eventually there’ll be more affordable options and better infrastructure for electric vehicles, but for now, especially living in South Dakota, I’m going to wait. Like you’d think eventually there’ll be a lot more general support for solar panels and things like that, eventually there isn’t going to be oil, so some people have to be on the cutting edge of the tech to push it into a more accessible market
I just did. The rising cost of maintenance had me financially stressing.
Don't do that you will in up with cpt
Even if I could afford it - nope
Maybe when Mr. Fusion becomes a reality.
