Does this ebay seller sound sketchy?

So there is a company called trick or treat studios that sells Halloween masks. They are releasing a new mask soon. Their website says they'll start shipping them on sep 30th. I was on ebay, and I noticed someone was already selling them for $100, but trick or treat studios only sells them for $60. I asked the seller how he already got the masks. This is what he said. "Found a pallet of these masks at an auction. A pallet that was purchased through the auction had a box of these masks". I guess that if someone really wants the masks early then they'd pay $100, bur do you think this guys a scalper, or something?

I had this friend who brought a 150 Dollar mask from Ebay which said it's from Trick or Treat studios... it was a Halloween kills mask and they delivered a weird looking Halloween 4 mask with blonde hair LOL

I think it's better to ask him for a legit photo or something.. of the "Box of the masks" or something

Look at his seller ranking and the buyer reviews.

Let someone else buy a few first and see if they get screwed. If they have a literal pallet then there should be plenty left after the first people order

Of course it's fishy. They'll take your $100, turn around and buy them on the 30th for $60 and make $40 profit on you.
