My 2nd favorite pizza place was bought out by some shit called “Tony’s”. They told me they were keeping their recipes the same, but they didn’t and they don’t taste good anymore 🥺

Anyways small businesses usually have the best food. You won't ever see me in a Panda Express or shitty ass Pizza Hut. The grocery stores I shop at are usually locally owned minus the commissary of course.

There's a small office supply store near my home. Whenever I need anything for school I always go there and not to a big chain or order online.

Yes, I always try to support local businesses. I go to the local hardware store instead of home depot and buy appliances from a little appliance store in the next town/ .

Yes, I try to spend as much as I can locally, especially at small run "mom and pop" businesses. I also, donate to locally run charities.

not really, there's really no place for them anymore, you go in to buy a candle and it's $70 when the same exact item is $14 at Walmart. i don't mind if it's something unique you can't find anywhere else, but if they're just buying the same bulk items from China and marking them up 1000% just to keep their expensive store open, that's not right

Long islands are fun to make. I think martinis are my favorite though. Especially flavored ones cause they look pretty and everyone “oohs” and “ahhs” over them.
