Do you use a lot of batteries?

I cannot believe how many batteries I use. I buy the big packages at BJs and w couple of weeks later I have to buy more. Flashlights, radios, thermostats, cordless mice. MP3 players amd all kinds of other little devices. I don't know where they all go.

I don't use many. Batteries for TV and swamp cooler remotes and for my cordless mouse last a really long time. I have a few flashlights that use C batteries, but I don't use them much, so the batteries last a long time.

I have rechargeable batteries in my solar powered walkway lights. They last a really long time, too.

no, i'm using chargable batteries. i don't understand how in todays green society trend, these disposable ones can even still be legal. like there's no reason to use those over chargable ones.

well that doesn't change the fact that you gotta discard the disposable ones after one use. using the rechargable ones probably still uses way less ressources.

I used to when kids were growing up with some of their toys…so I bought some rechargeable batteries…

now, not so much. I am a minimalist and I don’t like to consume stuff. I like living a simple life with just having the basic needs.

I did the rechargable battery thing when my kids were little/The batteries did not hold a charge veery long so I has a big charger I bought at Radios Shack that held a lot of batteries.

I dis rechargable batteries a few years ago. They did not last long so I had a big pile of them and a big charging unit that held a shole bunch of batteries.

You should get rechargeable batteries. They may cost more to buy but last a long time with their many recharging's. They also sell rechargers that can recharge up to six AA batteries at a time.

Have a number of devices that require them. I like to put a single piece of cardboard on a contactor/lead to prevent battery discharge to ground and leakage.

I have one of those Battery storage cases. thjey are supposed to do the same thing.

I leave the batteries in the devices and pull out the cardboard when I use and reinsert when I'm done. This is great for things like flashlights and headlamps that sit in my truck or tool chest.

All batteries discharge eventually unless they like float in a vacuum or something. But this prevented finding devices full of corroded batteries and acid on contacts.

We use quite a few, especially AA batteries. We buy a large package of them at least once a year, sometimes twice. A lot of our devices are rechargeable, which limits the number of batteries we could use.

Not a lot, but it might be worth investing in rechargeable batteries. I'm also looking to get a solar charger for my iPad and iPhone. My brother is an electrical engineer, and he said with these EV care mandates, we will all be stuck in the dark. Brown outs and black outs. Crikey! I don't know if I can live without Internet.

Used to but I got sick of my vibrators running out of power just as I'm getting there. Putting more batteries or switching to other toys that may also be out of batteries and I just lose the feeling.

For my birthday in June I bought three expensive very powerful plug in vibrators. One is a very powerful wand, one is a very powerful dildo rabbit vibrator and the other is a thrusting dildo. I never use batteries now at all.

I go through batteries like they are free. I have a high lumen led flashlight that I use all the time for work. It takes 4 aaa batteries. After 8 hours they are dead.

For the remote control for the air-conditioning temperature gauge etc. etc. Duracell is very good but I guess the energizers are the best

I used to. I used to watch a lot of tv, play a lot of videos games (still do, just not as much anymore), watch a lot of movies. All things needed a bunch of batteries. Now, not so much.
