Are plastic flamingoes tacky?

I saw these Plastic flamingoes in the store. They were red, white and blue and the box had a big MADE IN USA sticker on it. I just could not resist. I thought they would dress up my shed a little.

On occasion, we would have the real deal in our yard when growing up in Florida. I've never seen a blue one but I have seen white ones and pink ones. I think they look good. Your wife must be really impressed. 😊

It's a little funny. A small circle of friends and I started swapping flamingo-themed things one summer bc we thought it was so hilariously tacky and such an "old person" thing to do... Today, year's later, we lovingly send one another flamingo-themed texts and memes.

So I guess the answer is YEAH they're tacky, but in the cute, fun way. Don't take it too seriously, it's just a seasonal thing.

No more tacky than a lawn jockey. Listen whatever you like to put on your lawn for decoration is entirely up to you. So what if people thing it’s tacky it isn’t there yard and besides they didn’t pay for it.

I have 2 3000 watt floods mounted on the stockade fence next to my shed. They turn night into day.
