I agree, and the bottom beak half seems to indicate this with the slender head, but let's even consider the name Dracula- if it is blood-eating, then surely it is a scavenger.

I feel like it'd have to hunt at night, or dead things, since it is somewhat bright? Maybe the brightness indicates it is parrot related? but red and black give off predator vibes.
