What mentally stimulating toys can keep my indoor kitten engaged?

My kitten is only an indoor cat and recently she’s been sitting and looking out the window a lot. I’ve tried leash walks but my neighbor owns an aggressive German shepherd that’s always loose. I’m scared he’s bight her and she’s not a fan of car rides to go to the park.

She can get used to car rides. Cats don't like cars at first but after a while she'll probably get used to it especially a kitten.

Keep her indoors for her safety; outdoors is not safe for cats. Look at Chewy. com for cat toys. There are all sorts of things to keep her busy. Take a look at a Petco if there is one near you, or look at them online.

Get a laser pointer. It will entertain both of you.

Try a laser pointer or a motorized mouse toy It will keep her running around and burning energy safely inside.
