For home use, what printer is the best : HP, Epson or Canon PRIXMA?

All I know is Hp tries to scam people, I imagine the rest do too. Louis Rossmann confirms this and Asmon watched a clip of woman who can't use cheap ink because the printer wouldn't allow it yet it's official ink from a cheaper brand. And her printer also was saying it required WiFi... Yet she used it for years without and that cheap ink just fine. So a software update bricked the device. This has happened several times to people. Can even stop you using official Hp ink... Mandatory subscription bs too.

Avoid Hp like the plague no matter who says it's good. The other two also do brick too but less aggressively... Really none are good. You can turn off automatica updates but eh one day it's gonna do it somehow, Prixma is technically the safest since you can tinker around to bypass it not allowing the ink but then that's annoying and effort.

Printers are made by the worse companies...

How much do you print? I print fewer than 100 pages a year. When I need hard copy, I go to the library and print there. I can print ten pages a week for free.

I've had an HP AiO printer for a few years now, and I'm pretty happy with it overall... I print quite a lot, and it's been reliable. My only complaint is that I sometimes have trouble connecting it to my laptop through the HP app (it seems that a lot of people experience this), so I usually just use the app on my phone instead, which is actually really easy and convenient

Another bonus is HP Instant Ink (their ink subscription service), which can be pretty convenient if you print a lot and don't want to worry about running out of ink or having to go out and buy more.

I prefer the HP laser printer or similar knock offs. They copy, scan, print both wired and wireless, and you can get generic refills for toner for as little as $19. If you're using wireless, you have to get the chipped version of toner cartridge, but ignore them telling you that only their version of replacement toner will work.

Brother also makes a nice laser printer. Both are under $130 US. I do not recommend any sort of ink cartridge.

I have a old printer from brother. I've had it like 15 years. I don't print that much but it's been very reliable for me.

as an American... I hate printers I rather buy a new printer every time... than buying cartridges that run out of ink every time you sneeze... for some reason, lol

It doesn't make any difference. Top brands are top brands. I have a Lexmark laser printer.
