Do guys like buying things for girls?

I always get a sense of " I'll give you whatever you want," from men. Hear it in music all the time, normal conversations with guys, this weird idea of giving materialistic things or himself to the girl? " Making it rain" just to name one lol the media always shows men buying women things like diamond necklaces, clothing, taking her out to nice places. My mom talks about how guys buy stuff for girls to prove something to her. This why? Do guys like buying things for girls? Why? Not just any girl, a girl you really like who likes you back. well there are guys who buy stuff for girls they don't know too. I don't know whatever guy you are answer please lol

Guys like to see their women happy. There are different types of women. Some respond best to attention, some to material objects, and so on... Depending on what type of women you have you're going to do the best you can to show her you love her and hope she does the same in return. If you got an attention girl, then you're going to take her for a pic nik at the beach, nice bottle of wine, a little music, glow in the dark star gazing chart, some great conversation and affection. =P If you have a material girl, then she's going to respond best to fine dinners, and gifts... I would take the attention girl any day of the week, but different guys like different types of girls and do different things to show them that they care.

Some do... Not all... All guys are not the same... Just as some girls crave material things over other things. I know not all girls are materialist, but there are types of girls that will respond best to material gifts. I tend to avoid those girls like the plague. =P They do not value the same things in life that I do...

from work, I happened to notice this woman

distressing over the cost of her car being damaged, and

I felt like, bad inside, that I didn't have the money on me

to pay for her, lol ^-^

I didn't even know the woman, and I didn't

think she was attractive or anything (weird? probably yea) <3

for guys to show their love, through material things..
