I just started working at a blackberry vineyard picking blackberries. And I'm the only white person out there, the other people are mexicans. I am very blond. My hair is a yellow color but sometimes it looks kind of redish. I have blue/green eyes and I'm kind of curvy.Well this mexican guy was singing and just speaking in spanish and having fun goofing off. and he looked at me and he caught me laughing then he acted like he was me and started to act prissy and girlie and started speaking spanish and goofing off(mocking me) :)then turns and smiles to me.and I just blush (btw he don't speak English) My partner hardly speaks English but was translating for me and a guy. and he asks me how old I am. do I have a boyfriend. and I said no. and he was like, no boyfriend? and I said no. you married? No I'm not married. Do you cook? yes I cook. Do you like mexicans? and my face got blood shot red and I just said I don't know. which I know that is a dang lie. I do like mexicans always have. and I saw him the next day while we were turning in our blackberries and I didn't know he was standing there and I saw him and he was smiling at me. then I blushed and smiled at him ..and blushed some more. and well he makes fun me and then works some more. I don't know what to even think. I really like him but I'm as white as a ghost I've been told and I don't nkow if I'm just overthinking...?

Mexicams LOVE white girls especially if you are blonde. White girls are very exotic to them because in theory country there hardly are any blonde white skinned women with colored eyes... they're used to seeing Indian-ish women (black hair tan skin dark eyes). So when they see someone completely different from them then it gets their attention. There are enough (more than enough) Latinas here in the U. S. for Americans (regardless of race) not to care about Latinas...(translation: Latinas aren't considered "exotic" here in America)

Opposites attract.. Yes a lot of Spanish men like white women but its not about skin color if he's into u and u into him.. Yes you may need some help with translating but if he's a nice guy give him a chance you never know... I'm with a Spanish man who speaks limited English but after the last year together we've learned from each other... And he's the best man I've ever been with

Guys like any type of woman. A man is a ma, a woman is a woman. But it really depends on the guy. Some Mexican guys will like a blond some won't. To be all honest, I believe most people will stick to their race, but if they feel a certain chemistry with someone, then there is nothing, not even race, that can keep someone from liking someone else. Just had to say that .

Haha. thanks. it's so crazy because I grew up with mexicans my whole life and I can't understand a word he says but omg! when I was picking blackberries I will just listen to the guys singing and I was liek...is that him. that's his voice! I hear him! and when I got don't with my box me and him went to the same truck and I found out it was him! I can't help but to smile.

Us, Mexicanos, are flirty or flirtatious with chicas (of all colors). Not just Mexicans but most Latinos in general. It's in our culture. Regardless of what he or you are looking for, if you're asking if he fancies you - yes, he does like you and you like him. He probably knows it. So don't kid yourself if he's not taking an interest in you only because of the language barrier.

You do realize in deep mexico, there are blond mexicans with faire skin correct? He might be from a part of mexico that there are a high amount of the blond mexican women and he finds them attractive.

I can't remember the technical name for the blonde's in mexico, but I know they are there. He probably just thinks you are attractive as a woman, not a white woman...
