Do boys easily forget their crush?

I'm a student and 2 years ago I've noticed a guy who was always looking at me really staring at me, he was also sitting next to me and that lasted all the year long. At time, it's seems like ha was trying to start a conversation but he never did. Last year we weren't together in class anymore. We only saw each other at the library twice. The last time we saw each other, he came sitting next to me like he did before and he was staring at me. I was unable to make any eye contact because he would turn his head. Now it's a new year at the university and I try to make him notice me. I always seat or pass in front of is class room so he can see me but usually he doesn't see me because of the crowd or it seems like he sees me but he doesn't want to make any eye contact with me anymore. It seems like he doesn't care about me anymore and that's really frustrating because I developed a huge crush on him .That makes me really sad. My friends tell me that he doesn't like me and never liked me because he didn't make any move. One day it's seems like he likes me and the other day he ignores me! I don't understand boys

I can't really help you with this, but I have been in a similar situation like you are right now. And I say: I don't understand girls.

What I can say is don't listen to much to your friends.

To be honest, I am still into this girl and that's mostly because I have not met someone else in the meantime. I had some minor crushes in the meantime, but those went over soon. So I'm still thinking about this one girl, which is more than a crush.

What you should do is just tell him and find out. Not knowing is now just killing you on the inside and that's not good.

If the crush never went anywhere, as in not even a date, then yeah, he will forget as soon as he finds a crush that goes out with him.

If he was that shy, perhaps he ran across a girl who took the initiative sparing him the need to start a convo. Then perhaps they started dating, so in that case, he'll forget about you, as in getting over you. Nothing ever happened between you, and you didn't indicate you were interested in him, so I'm not sure myself why you are sad.

If they get a lot of attention from girls and go on dates regularly. Yes its easy to forget a crush. If she was the only girl you ever dated. It would be much more difficult.
